DELIVERY FAQ

Where do you deliver?

We ship to every postal address  within the United States except territories outside of North America . Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States.

When will you send my order?

We ship postal orders via UPS or USPS  Mondays-Wednesday. We do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays as your package will not reach you in time before the weekend and we don't want a freshly baked product sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. Our preference is to bake it fresh and ship on the same day, in the hopes it will reach you before the weekend. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing (we bake every order fresh). Please allow an addition 1-2 days for the product to arrive via UPS, USPS or FEDEx (really, we try to get the fastest delivery options!).

When will I get my order?

We ship via UPS or USPS Shipping, which typically takes 1-2 Business Days to reach you from the day it is posted. We bake our treats in Florissant, Missouri (a major city), meaning your order will arrive next business day for major cities, or take an extra day outside of major cities. For regional/rural orders, delivery time can be longer - please consult UPS or USPS or FedEx for current delivery times.

Once your order is shipped, we will notify you with a tracking code to track your delivery. During holidays, you can expect there may be delays in express postage. If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days from the date it was placed, please contact us at order.lapatisseri@kittvillasis.com so we can track your package.

What happens if I'm not home to receive the delivery?

If you are not home to receive your package, Australia Post will leave it in a safe place. All orders are sealed when they leave the bakery.

How much will shipping cost?

Our Express Post across the United States is a flat rate of $15 for Cookie boxes or Scones Set and $10.00 for cookie tubes.

How long do my cookies last?

Cookies may be stored in an airtight container for one week. But of course, we know they won’t last that long!

If you don’t plan on eating all of your cookies at once, freeze them on the day you receive them. When ready to eat, simply heat your cookies in a 350F oven for 2-4 minutes until warm and gooey.

Returns & Refunds

All of our goodies are made in house, by hand. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be responsible for how they are transported and stored once they leave our shop.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

We reserve the right to decline an order cancellation or modification if we are not able to complete the request before the product has already been shipped. Please double check your order before placing it, ensuring all details in the delivery address are correct.

Big Orders (like, huge ones)

If you’re having the wedding of the century or require catering for a major event, we’d love to be involved. Please email order.lapatisserie@KittVillasis.com at least 14 days prior to your desired pick up date. Include the date you’d like the order for, quantities required and your desired flavors.

If you have submitted an enquiry and haven't heard back, please note we do our best to respond as quickly as we can during business hours (11am to 5pm Thursdays to Saturday). We do not monitor our email inbox on Sundays to Wednesday.
